Since the Beginning

budmil LLC. was established in  1990 with capital of several thousand USD. The  Company continued its activity as  PVT Co.Ltd. since 2006. The registered capital reached USD2,000,000.00 in the meanwhile. The development of the recent decades shows that budmil successfully took advantage of the market trends changes. This growth is brought about by the professional skills of the staff, creative product development based on knowledge of international fashion trends and demands of the market,  steady revival, strict quality control, continuous conformity to market environment and  reasonable pricing.

budmil LLC. (now PVT Co.Ltd.) moved to its new premises in January, 1999. The new site started operating as a modern centre of logistics in the framework of a green-field investment less than in 6 months. It provides totally 6300 m2 for storage and handling of goods.

The Company

The company employs a staff of over  180 persons.  The realisation of high quality requirements is due to the professional skills and conscientious work of this staff.

Continuous growth of own retail network resulted in 47 brand shops all over the country. More shop openings are planned in future.

The wholesales activity goes on either.

Considerable attention is paid to online sales as an option of changing customers’ buying habits. The growing selling rate of our webshop is supported by marketing and continuous revival.


The Products

budmil collection originally started  with sports bags and backpacks. The range of goods continuously widened and nowadays  budmil distributes fashionable street wear together with enlarged choice of bags.

The range of goods includes school bags, sports bags, backpacks, shoulder bags, fashion bags, wear  for ladies and men,like winter jackets, windbreakers, jeans,  jogging sets, pullovers, shirts and blouses,  T-shirts, shorts, swim wear, swimming caps and goggles, socks, hats,  sports and beach sandals.


Goals and Plans

The  market demands that budmil  should correspond to its growing requirements by further increasing existing quality level of  goods and services. Customers between the ages of 25-55 being  particular to high standards and fond of fashionable and comfortable street wear  are the target group of the Company. budmil intends to acquire more customers by constantly widening its target group.
